DR Born and Brooklyn raised, she has felt the rhythm her entire life.

Maria Disla, a former Tech Start Up Senior Partner, found herself burned out and relocated to LA after a health scare forced her to revisit her lifestyle.

Missing the convenience and accessibility of New York’s boutique fitness scene, and the lack of Hispanic diversity on the podium, she set out to redefine the studio experience in sunny San Diego.

In 2016 she Founded Pure Indoor Cycling and eventually her passion for music, remixes, and badass beats propelled her to fall headfirst in love with instructing as well.

Maria, a woman of many talents, enjoys video editing, photography, binge watch trashy reality tv shows, murder mystery podcasts & the occasional DJ gig.

Pure is celebrating 6 years as one of San Diego’s top studios offering both in-person and digital classes. Maria & her team have been featured on Refinery 29, Tiem Athletic Instructor Spotlight, and chances are you may have also seen her on their IG grid. Additional features include abc10 news, the Gritty Leadership Conference in San Diego, & Fox 5 News just to name a few.

It is with PURE delight, that I welcome Maria Disla to Creating the 4% Podcast this week!
