Show Notes

She is Hoda Kotb’s personal fitness inspiration you may have seen her on the today show, or read about her 50th birthday party on page six, or heard her on Sirius XM, but Sue Molnar is best known for her fiercely devoted tribe at SoulCycle.

A Senior Master Instructor, currently teaching in studio & digitally on the equinox + app, Sue is known for her passion for music, and transformative rides that will leave you both sweaty and deep in your feelings.

A competitive cheerleader in college, a former Stewardess for United Airlines, a step aerobics instructor, she was reluctant to join SoulCycle after a friend told Julie Rice & Elizabeth Cutler to take her class in LA.  Sue ended up taking the chance, and now we couldn’t imagine life without the legendary July 4th Bruce Springsteen rides in the Hamptons.

Sue calls herself the anti-instructor at Soul and inspires riders to hold on to the good crazy and let go of the bad crazy. Her grit and personal struggle with cancer, has inspired so many who cross her path and today I hope after chatting with her you too will be inspired to pursue your true calling despite what life throws at you.

Get READY MOFO’s because it is an honor to welcome a true legend to Creating The 4% Podcast , SUE MOLNAR!!
